Company introduction and culture video

Rapyuta Robotics is actively growing its business and accelerating the speed of growth in engineering. We have created two videos to introduce the company and culture.

【Company introduction video】

This is a comprehensive introduction to Rapyuta Robotics from the perspective of our two founders!
They discuss the social problems we are striving to solve and the future we are aiming to achieve.

ーKey pointsー
・The thoughts of the two founders and their vision for the future
・The history of Rapyuta from its establishment in 2014 to now
・Rapyuta’s cherished culture and core values.

【Work culture for engineers】

Three engineers who have been playing a pivotal role in Rapyuta speak in this video. The official language in the company is English. Recently the number of Japanese engineers studying English has been increasing, going beyond language barriers and relying on each other to grow.

ーKey pointsー
・An exciting environment where an employee in their first year of employment leads development with the support of members who have been working at Rapyuta for a long time.
・What kind of engineers work at Rapyuta?
・The past and present of Rapyuta, as expressed by the first employee
・The priority of skills is “development technical skills > English language skills”.
